- Terms & Conditions relating to passengers of the Oyster Boat Terror:
- Passengers boarding Oyster Boat Terror are required to wear lifejackets at all times while on board and these will be provided by the crew. Lifejackets must be donned before boarding Terror.
- The decision to sail is solely that of the skipper and departures may be cancelled due to adverse weather conditions.
- Passengers affected by cancellations will be offered a voucher to be redeemed against future sailings.
- Notice of cancellation will be communicated to passengers 24 hours before departure whenever possible, but this timescale cannot be guaranteed.
- For reasons of Health & Safety, passengers must be able to embark and disembark unaided. The skipper reserves the right to refuse boarding if, in their opinion, a passenger is unfit or unable to board for whatever reason.
- No pets of any description will be permitted on board.
- Children must be at least 6 years old to go on board Terror and must be accompanied by a parent, grandparent, family member, legal guardian, or qualified teacher if a school booking.
- Trips normally last between two and two and a half hours, however if a trip has to be shortened due to weather or for any other operational reason, a refund or voucher will not be available.
